Do Certified Pre-Owned devices come with a warranty?
We offer 30-DAY Defective Exchange / Return on all items. Items must be returned in the same original condition.
Extended warranty: We offer extended warranty through SureBright. Extended warranty can be purchased at checkout.
What is the return/exchange policy for a Certified Pre-Owned device?
Prior approval is required for all return and exchanges.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you aren't satisfied with the product, you may return it for any reason within the first 14 days of having received it for a Refund. Lenses can ONLY be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns/exchange. :
- The Serial number/IMEI of the item MUST match the item we have sold to you as we track this number to each order. If payment is done using a credit card, the transaction fee of 3% is not refunded.
- If the product was sold as a 'New Item' (e.g.: Brand New Sealed/Open Box/New/etc.) and is returned opened and/or used, a 15% Restocking Fee may be applicable.
*(Additionally, it must include all originally included accessories as well. Otherwise, further fees may apply).
Do you ship items within Canada?
No. All items are available for pickup in-store by appointment only.
